PICCOLO BUCO
A new restaurant concept by Coopers Hawk and Luca Issa. I contributed to the design and concept development for this new restaurant brand. Developed floor plan options for 3 different locations, and created design proposals for exterior design to be shared with the landlord and architect’s team. FFE selection for two different locations, each with a different ambiance but a similar design and color scheme. Assisted with the 3D modeling, design development, and documentation in revit while leading two teams of about 6 people.
Created artwork and branding package proposal for existing location.

CONCEPT DESIGN
I was involved since the beginning stages of the concept development for this project, these are some of the initial sketches I produced for one of the locations, to show rough schematic ideas for general design and direction.

Energetic, homey, and risque are some of the elements implemented into this location's design. We implemented the client's color palette, deepening the green tones and adding black metallic finishes and warm wood tones.

Traditional, "mom & pops", and inviting are the elements that resonate with this location. Carrying the darker green color scheme, black metallic accents, and dark wood tones contrasting with light and warm tones create the perfect ambiance as if you were in a Roman dining.
